A key component in increasing systemic resilience is capacity building, specifically training and education. We tackle this critical component of Resilience building in two core ways. First, we have developed our own curricula for individuals and entities, so that they can rapidly deploy a working framework based on their current operation, to increase resilience in their department and train their employees to be part of the framework. Second, we partner with educational institutions and learning centers and develop specific curricula, to teach the core tenants of resilience and most importantly, how to apply it.
